All pieces at A Mint Revolution are pre-loved, carefully sourced and restored. As such, they may show gentle signs of wear, which we always aim to describe and photograph clearly. Some pieces still have labels attached to them
Are your items authentic?
We take care to accurately represent all brands and labels as they appear on each garment. Any known label details are included in the product description.
How do I know if an item will fit me?
Sizing can vary between brands and vintage pieces. We provide detailed measurements for each item and recommend comparing these with a similar garment you already own.
What if an item doesn’t have a label?
If a garment has no label, this will be clearly stated. We will provide our best assessment of fabric, sizing, and fit.
Are the colours accurate?
All items are photographed in natural light and carefully edited to reflect true colour as closely as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Do you use AI images?
Some images may be AI-assisted to help show how a piece may look when worn. These are for visual guidance only — please refer to the original garment photos and measurements for accuracy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping across New Zealand.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 1–4 working days, with an extra day for rural addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do - once you have decided on a piece you would like to purchase, please email us your address and we will send you a private link to purchase the piece that includes shipping to your address. Please allow 6-13 days from dispatch.
Can I combine shipping for multiple items?
Within New Zealand - No. Currently, each item is shipped individually for free and we do not offer combined shipping.

What if my order is delayed?
While delivery is usually prompt, occasional delays may occur due to courier network pressures. We appreciate your understanding.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery enquiries can be directed to NZ Post using your tracking details.

We generally do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
When can I return an item?
Returns are only considered if an item is significantly misdescribed and this was not disclosed in the listing.

Each piece is carefully cleaned, restored, and prepared. This may include washing, stain treatment, steaming, and gentle repairs where needed.

Yes — garments are washed, air dried, and steam sterilised before being listed.
What if my parcel is lost or stolen?
Once an item has been dispatched, it is in the care of the courier. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen in transit.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
