Since all our items are pre-loved, they may show some signs of wear or minor defects. We do everything we can to accurately describe each item. We do not accept returns based solely on signs of wear that are typical for vintage items so please check descriptions and photos carefully before buying.
Grossly Misdescribed Items: If you receive an item that is grossly misdescribed, meaning it significantly differs from its description and the discrepancy was not mentioned in the product listing, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will be happy to discuss a return.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preferences. If you have any concerns or issues with your item, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving the item.
To initiate a return, please contact amintrevolution@gmail.com. Provide your order details, including the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process, including any required documentation or shipping instructions.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error, such as a gross misdescription. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will assess its condition. If the return meets our return policy conditions and qualifies as a gross misdescription, you will be refunded. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
