Shipping Policy

Garments are steam sterilised, washed, air dried and carefully packaged in recyclable courier bags.

Delivery Timeframe:

• We strive to ensure a prompt delivery experience.  

• While carrier delivery times may vary, our usual processing timeline involves dispatching your order within 1-3 business days of placement.

• Please allow 1-4 working days for delivery.  Deliveries may be delayed because of public holidays or rural deliveries (allow an extra day).

NZ Shipping Costs:

• Our prices include shipping within New Zealand only.  Each item will be shipped independently in it's own courier bag.  

• We do not offer multiple & combined purchases as one shipment.

Please Note:

• We utilise NZ Post for courier services.  Once your package is picked up, any delivery concerns should be directed to NZ Post.

• We kindly remind you that we cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the courier's possession.
