Shipping Policy

Each piece is carefully prepared before dispatch — steam sterilised, washed, air dried, and thoughtfully packaged in recyclable courier bags.

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to provide a prompt and reliable delivery experience.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–4 working days.

Please allow additional time for rural deliveries and during public holidays.

Please allow 6-13 days for international.

While delivery is usually smooth, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier network pressures. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We offer free shipping across New Zealand.

Each item is carefully packaged and shipped individually.
At this stage, we do not offer combined shipping for multiple purchases.

Shipping International

Once you have decided on a piece, or pieces, you would like to purchase, please email us your address and we will send you a private link to purchase your piece/s that includes shipping to your address.  Please allow 6-13 days from dispatch.

Courier Service

We use NZ Post courier services for all deliveries within New Zealand.

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, any delivery-related queries are best directed to NZ Post. Tracking details will be provided where available.

Important Information

While we take great care in packaging each order, A Mint Revolution is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they are in the care of the courier.
